Lusynda and Ba'Thet finally reach the Great River and make another grisly discovery. But another mystery rears its head. And to add to the fun, a naga jumps up to welcome them both.

Sigh...I know the wait is a pain, but I won't post garbage. I want you to look at my art, and that means I must strive to make the art worth looking at.

Industrial pollutants in the water? Byproduct of a steel mill?

Arthur C. Clarke once said any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic. Imagine how much more so to Ba'Thet, a woman from a virtually technology barren society.

And it's worse than a steel mill, far worse.

Savage Sword was by far the biggest inspiration for Lusynda. That was a great magazine and some great B&W art. Geez, hard to believe SSOC was cancelled nearly twenty years ago.
